Natural Dog Shampoo

Does your dog suffer from itchy skin? if so s/he might be allergic to the shampoo you are using. This is more likely if the shampoo is mass produced as it includes ingredients that don’t need to be there. I make mine with natural ingredients including neem oil and a small amount of rosemary and lavender essential oils. These are a great natural insecticide and help keep fleas at bay.

To use get your dog as wet as possible. Rub the shampoo bar onto the dog and rub in. You will get a gentle lather. You will not get loads of lather as there is no sls included in the bar. Rinse out well.

Dog Shampoo – Natural and Gentle

Do dogs love handmade shampoo?? Well from customer reviews I would say yes! As it is a natural products it is free from chemicals and preservatives. This means it is kinder to their skin resulting in an itch free pup! I have included neem oil in the recipe, to help prevent fleas, alongside coconut oil and shea butter which is great for their skin. In addition I have added a small amount of rosemary and lavender essential oil. This is a) to mask the smell of the neem oil and b) they are safe oils for dogs and act as a further natural barrier to help keep fleas at bay.

These bars are circular in shape to make washing your dog a bit easier.

As always, for external use only and please stop using it if any irritation occurs.

Dog Shampoo – All natural and vegan!

Dog shampoo.

I have created this shampoo bar for your pet pooches. It contains neem oil which helps keep ticks and fleas at bay and a small amount of rosemary and lavender essential oils to again help keep fleas at bay. These are circular in shape and come with their own ingredients label.
