Pimp your bathroom!!
Does your soap dish need replacing or do you need a new shower scrunchie? This wooden soap dish is made of bamboo and will look good in any bathroom. It has small wooden slats which enables the soap drips to escape and run away. This in turn allows your soap to dry out and last longer. No more soggy soap…heaven!!

Wooden Soap Dish – to keep your handmade soap dry.
Handmade soaps need keeping dry so they last longer. If they sit in water they will go soggy and will lose their shape and scent. To preserve your soap always keep them in a dish with holes or gaps. I have 2 dishes, both made of bamboo, which are perfect for looking after your soaps. They are both quite light in weight but the darker coloured one looks chunkier.
Another bonus of using wooden dishes is they will not damage porcelain hand basins / bowls if dropped into them!

A couple of items from the pampering bathroom accessory section to jazz up your bathroom and get rid of any plastic!
The materials are all plant based and will look good in anyone’s bathroom. The dark wooden soap dish seems to be the most popular and have been flying off my shelves…yes I do have shelves even though I work from home!! The mitts and bags are made with ramie, sisal or cotton. They are great for exfoliating or as a soap save bag. In addition they are a great way to use up bits and bobs of soap.

How stylish does this wooden soap dish look! The dish is made with bamboo and stained a dark brown. Of course you can buy these on their own or with just one piece of soap, but beware…. 3 pieces of my soap do fit on!!
I also have a light coloured soap dish that is shaped as a ladder. It is less ‘solid’ in look but the choice will depend on the style of your bathroom.

Handmade soap feels like such an indulgent treat. It is all natural, palm oil free and made with body loving oils and butters. Soaps which are mass produced often have the natural glycerine removed which leaves your skin feeling dry. Handmade soap leaves it in.
